Dawson List uses a large torch to clear up the surface of a large Statue of Liberty sculpture that was part of a very large ice sculpture display in Bruges, Belgium in late 2002. This gives the sculpture a glassy look. Depending on the desired effect, a variety of finishes can be added as long as it's below freezing.
