An ice sculpture of the Palace Cafe logo decorates their table at a fundraiser at Mardi Gras World. A plastic insert is used to add color to the sculpture. Behind the table, you can see part of Bacchasaurus, one of the enormous floats that decorate Mardi Gras World.
