President Clinton attended this fundraiser at the Fairmont Hotel in New Orleans. The Seal of the President of the United States is painstakingly reproduced using a technique called snowfill. The ice is engraved and the engraving is filled with snow and frozen. The creates a dramatic and long lasting effect of the white snow against the clear ice. Ice Dragon also provided a similar sculpture for another Presidential visit to Anne Rice's Garden District home.
