Dawson List of Ice Dragon teamed with Ohio ice sculptor Greg Butauski to form Team USA and compete in the 1998 Ice Carving Classic, part of the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago. Dawson and Greg narrowly defeated Team Japan to become Grand Champions in the three day event. This Scarecrow sculpture was made from 1200 pounds of ice and was finished in two hours.
